Purpose:
To build coordination, focus, and teamwork.
Duration:
5-10 minutes
Setup:
Participants pair up facing each other.
How to play:
- Partners count aloud together: “1,” “2,” “3,” taking turns—one person says “1,” the other says “2,” and back to the first for “3.”
- After a few rounds, replace one of the numbers with a physical action (e.g., clap, snap, stomp).
- Then change another number to a different action.
- Keep alternating numbers and actions, increasing difficulty.
- If someone makes a mistake, start again calmly.
Example:
- “1” = say the number
- “2” = clap hands
- “3” = snap fingers
Tips:
- Encourage clear communication and slow down if needed.
- Make it fun and supportive!
