Alone and in silence, each participant finds:
- 5 things they can see
- 4 things they can hear
- 3 things they can touch
- 2 things they can smell
- 1 thing they can taste (only if safe)

Share in Pairs (10 minutes)
Participants talk with a partner about their experience.

Group Reflection (10 minutes)
Gather in a circle and share thoughts or feelings.
When to Use This Activity:
- To open or close a day focused on mindfulness or well-being
- As a grounding tool for emotional regulation
- As a nature-based icebreaker or reflective practice
Tips:
- Always check that the area is safe before starting.
- Encourage participants to take their time and avoid rushing.
- Tasting should be optional and safe (only with known edible elements).
