To explore and express emotions through facial expressions and body movement.

Duration:

20–30 minutes

Steps:

  1. Warm up your body with light movement.
  2. Practice expressing different emotions using your face and body (e.g. joy, anger, sadness, fear).
  3. Try switching quickly from one emotion to another.
  4. Explore showing no emotion — a neutral face and still body.
  5. Work with a partner or group to observe and reflect.
