Steps:
- Warm up your body with light movement.
- Practice expressing different emotions using your face and body (e.g. joy, anger, sadness, fear).
- Try switching quickly from one emotion to another.
- Explore showing no emotion — a neutral face and still body.
- Work with a partner or group to observe and reflect.
