Purpose:

A light and fun icebreaker to connect participants in a playful, physical way.

Duration:

20–30 minutes

Steps:

  1. Ask everyone to stand and walk freely around the space.
  2. When two people meet, instead of speaking or shaking hands, they greet each other using only their feet — a gentle tap, a wiggle, or a silly dance.
  3. Encourage creativity and non-verbal expression.
  4. Continue for a few minutes so everyone has the chance to "meet" many others.

As the activity unfolds, participants will naturally begin making eye contact in silence, taking a moment to really see each other. This gradual, wordless connection allows them to start getting to know one another on a level deeper than words.

Use:

Ideal at the start of a session to loosen up the group, create laughter, and promote physical connection without pressure.
