Purpose:
To help participants relax, connect physically in a respectful way, and build trust within the group.

Steps:
- Participants sit in a circle.
- One person starts by gently massaging the shoulders or hands of the person next to them.
- The massage moves around the circle, each person giving and receiving a gentle massage.
- Keep the pressure light and check that everyone is comfortable.
- Optionally, the facilitator can guide the group to focus on breathing and relaxation during the massage.
Tips:
- Encourage participants to communicate if they feel uncomfortable at any point.
- Choose calming music to enhance relaxation.
- Adjust time and pressure to fit group comfort.
