Purpose:
To build trust, enhance body awareness, and encourage non-verbal connection through movement.
Duration:
15–20 minutes
Instructions:
Participants form pairs and stand facing each other.
The exercise unfolds in 3 stages:
1. One Leads, One Follows
Person A leads slow movements, and Person B mirrors them as closely as possible.
2. Switch Roles
Person B becomes the leader, and Person A mirrors their movements.
3. Shared Movement
Both partners move together without a designated leader, trying to stay in sync intuitively.
Reflection:
Optional short sharing in pairs or with the group about how it felt to lead, follow, and move together.
