Purpose:

To warm up the body and energize the group through shaking movements.

Duration:

5-10 minutes

Steps:

  1. Participants stand in a circle.
  2. The facilitator introduces the movement sequence:
  3. Start by shaking each limb 8 times.
  4. Repeat the sequence shaking each limb 4 times.
  5. Repeat again shaking each limb 2 times.
  6. Finish by shaking each limb once.
