Purpose:
To warm up the body and energize the group through shaking movements.
Duration:
5-10 minutes
Steps:
- Participants stand in a circle.
- The facilitator introduces the movement sequence:
- Shake the right arm
- Shake the left arm
- Shake the right leg
- Shake the left leg
- Start by shaking each limb 8 times.
- Repeat the sequence shaking each limb 4 times.
- Repeat again shaking each limb 2 times.
- Finish by shaking each limb once.
Tips:
- Encourage participants to shake freely and enjoy the movement.
- Adjust the pace to suit the group’s energy level.
