Duration:
5-10 minutes
Steps:
- One person gives instructions aloud while others walk around the room.
- Levels:
- Level 1:
- “STOP” = stop walking
- “GO” = resume walking
- Level 2: (Instructions reversed)
- “GO” = stop walking
- “STOP” = resume walking
- Level 3:
- When you hear “CLAP,” clap your hands.
- Level 4:
- When you hear “JUMP,” jump.
- Level 5 (Extra Hard): (Instructions reversed for clap and jump)
- “CLAP” = jump
- “JUMP” = clap

- Move at a pace that challenges participants without overwhelming them.
