This is an exercise for you - Take a moment for a quiet reflection, looking within. Find what is stiring in your heart — what feelings are waiting to be acknowledged.

  1. Grab a notebook or a sheet of paper, and a pen.

    Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and present.

  2. Take your time to explore the gallery below.

    Choose 1, 2, or even 3 images that speak to you — something that reflects how you feel, or perhaps something you can’t quite explain. Let your intuition lead.

  3. Set a timer for 15 minutes.

    Start writing, and don’t stop. Let the images open something inside you. Follow the thoughts, memories, or feelings that come up. This isn’t about writing well—it’s about letting go.

  4. Keep your pen moving.

    Don’t worry if it gets messy, unclear, or emotional. Just stay with it. Be kind to yourself. You might surprise yourself with what shows up.

  5. This is about release and discovery.

    It’s not about holding back or fearing judgment. This is about release, and the possibility of discovering something new—within yourself, or around you. You can keep what you wrote, let it go, or even tear it up or burn it. But know this: something new begins each time you allow yourself to be fully honest on the page.
