"The Art of Life" was a 10-day Youth Exchange focused on the critical issue of mental health and well-being among young people in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure society. By blending Art and Mindfulness, we provided participants with meaningful tools for self-expression and breaking free from harmful patterns, while also promoting mental health and emotional resilience. Through this project, we brought a sense of peace and calm to everyone involved.
